👤 Eligibility & Accounts

• Users must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts under Indian law.
• One account per user; multiple accounts to bypass bans are prohibited.
• Users are responsible for their own account security. Unauthorized access should be reported to support@taskmarket.in.

🛒 Seller Rules

• Services can be listed across categories like Web Design, Development, AI Services, Marketing, Photography, etc.
• Listings must be accurate, original, and law-abiding.
• All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR); sellers set their own prices.
• TaskMarket charges a platform service fee (shown in the Seller dashboard) on completed orders.
• Sellers are solely responsible for paying their own income tax on earnings.

💼 Buyer Rules

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• All communication must stay within the platform — taking conversations off-platform to avoid fees is a violation.
• Buyers can leave honest reviews after order completion; false or malicious reviews are prohibited.

💳 Payments & Fees

• Supported methods: UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards.
• GST may be added at checkout; each user handles their own tax filings.
• Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days at support@taskmarket.in.

🔄 Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled if the seller fails to deliver, the work doesn't match the listing, or both parties mutually agree.
• Refunds are at DoTasks' discretion and credited within 5–10 business days.
• Completed and approved orders are generally non-refundable unless fraud is established.

📦 Intellectual Property

• Buyers receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables upon full payment, unless full ownership/commercial rights are explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• Uploading content to the platform grants DoTasks a royalty-free license to display and promote it.
• Copyright complaints can be sent to support@taskmarket.in.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct & Services

Users cannot engage in fraud, impersonation, harassment, fee circumvention, or bot usage. Prohibited services include adult content, fake reviews/followers, academic dishonesty, hacking tools, illegal goods, and anything violating Indian or international law.

⚖️ Liability & Legal

• TaskMarket is a marketplace only — not a party to service agreements between users.
• Platform is provided "as is" with no warranties.
• DoTasks' maximum liability is capped at fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.
• Users agree to indemnify DoTasks against claims arising from their use or violations.
• Governed by Indian law; disputes go to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat in India.
