3. Definitions

• Buyer: A user who purchases services.
• Seller / Freelancer: A user who offers services.
• Service / Task: Work listed by a Seller.
• Order: A confirmed transaction between Buyer and Seller.

4. Eligibility

To use TaskMarket, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Use the platform legally

5. User Accounts

• Each user may create only one account
• You are responsible for:

  • All activities under your account
• TaskMarket may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

6. Services & Listings

• Sellers must provide:
  • Clear service description
  • Pricing
  • Delivery timeline
• Buyers must review details before placing an order
• Once an order is placed, it becomes a binding agreement between Buyer and Seller

7. Payments & Fees

• All payments must be made through TaskMarket
• We may charge:
  • Platform/service fee (Buyers)
  • Commission (Sellers)
• Payments may be held temporarily for:
  • Security
  • Dispute handling

8. Delivery & Revisions

• Sellers must deliver work within the agreed timeframe
• Revisions:
  • Only as defined in the service listing
  • Unlimited revisions are not guaranteed

9. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled if:

• Seller fails to deliver
• Service is not as described
• Both parties agree

TaskMarket reserves the right to:

• Issue refunds
• Cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions

10. Dispute Resolution

• Users should first try to resolve disputes directly
• TaskMarket may act as a mediator
• Our decision will be considered final

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Bypass the platform for payments
• Share personal contact details to avoid fees
• Post illegal, harmful, or copyrighted content
• Engage in fraud, spam, or fake reviews

Violation may result in:

• Account suspension
• Permanent ban
• Legal action

12. Intellectual Property

• Sellers retain ownership until payment is completed
• After full payment:
  • Rights transfer to Buyer (unless otherwise specified)
• TaskMarket retains rights to:
  • Platform design
  • Branding
  • Content

13. Ratings & Reviews

• Buyers can leave honest reviews
• TaskMarket may remove:
  • Fake
  • Offensive
  • Misleading feedback

14. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violating Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Abuse of the platform

15. Limitation of Liability

TaskMarket is not liable for:

• Service quality issues
• Delays or non-delivery
• Financial loss or damages
