TaskMarket is primarily designed for users in India with pricing in INR. However, international users are welcome to join. Please note that payment options and support may vary based on your location.

Yes. You can message a Seller through the platform's messaging system before placing an order to discuss your project requirements, timelines, or any custom needs.
If the delivered work doesn't match the service description, you can request a revision from the Seller. If the issue remains unresolved, you can raise a dispute with our support team at support@taskmarket.in and we'll review the case.
Yes. You can message a Seller directly to discuss custom requirements. Many Sellers are open to creating custom offers tailored to your specific needs.
After your order is marked as complete, you'll be prompted to leave a rating and written review for the Seller. Your honest feedback helps the community make better decisions.
Sign up for a free account, complete your profile with your skills and bio, and create your first service listing. Once your listing is live, Buyers can discover and order your services.
Go to your Seller dashboard and click 'Create New Service'. Add a clear title, description, pricing, delivery time, and any relevant images or portfolio samples. Make sure your listing is accurate and detailed to attract the right Buyers.
TaskMarket charges a platform service fee on each completed order. The exact percentage is displayed in your Seller dashboard. This fee helps us maintain the platform and support all users.
Payments are released after an order is marked as successfully completed and any applicable review period has passed. Payouts are processed to your registered bank account or UPI ID within the standard processing window.
Yes! You can create multiple listings across different categories. There is no limit on the number of services you can offer on TaskMarket.
Yes. Sellers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income tax or GST on their earnings from TaskMarket. We recommend consulting a tax professional for guidance.
TaskMarket supports UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our integrated payment gateway.
Yes. All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. Buyer payments are held safely until the order is completed, protecting both parties.
Refunds are considered if an order is not delivered, the delivered work does not match the listing, or both parties mutually agree to cancel. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method or TaskMarket wallet within 5–10 business days.
Prices may be exclusive of applicable GST. Any tax amounts will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. Transaction receipts are issued for all completed payments.

Yes. A single TaskMarket account allows you to both purchase services as a Buyer and list your own services as a Seller. You can switch between modes from your dashboard.
