DoTasks allows taskers to connect their social media accounts and fetch analytics for their posts. When you connect an account, we may access basic account details and post performance data such as views, likes, comments, and shares. This information is used only to provide analytics inside DoTasks. We do not publish, edit, or delete content on your behalf. You can disconnect your account at any time from the app.
When a user connects a Google or YouTube account to DoTasks, we access limited Google user data only to authenticate the account, identify the connected YouTube channel, and provide analytics for videos owned by that channel. This may include basic account information, channel details, video metadata, and analytics such as views, likes, comments, shares, watch time, and related performance metrics. We use this information only to provide the requested integration and analytics functionality inside DoTasks.
DoTasks does not sell Google user data. DoTasks does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose. We do not upload, edit, publish, or delete YouTube content on behalf of users.
When users connect supported third-party accounts, including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or X, DoTasks uses the connected account data only for account authentication, account identification, connection management, analytics retrieval, analytics history, troubleshooting, and related user-requested product functionality. We only request and use the minimum data reasonably required for these purposes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal data, connected account data, access tokens, and analytics data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss. Sensitive integration data is stored securely and used only as necessary to maintain the account connection and provide the requested features. Access to such data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel where required for service operation, security, maintenance, and support.
We retain connected account data and analytics data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records. Users may disconnect connected accounts at any time from within the app. Users may also revoke third-party access directly from the relevant provider account settings, including Google account security settings for Google and YouTube integrations.
To the extent Google user data is received through Google APIs, DoTasks uses that data only to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and requested by the user. We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary for security, legal compliance, or service operation consistent with applicable policies. DoTasks' use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you connect your social networks to our Services or authorize a third-party service to access your account, you agree to share information with these social networks and third-party services according to their respective terms and privacy policies. For instance, if you link your YouTube account to our Services, this connection utilizes YouTube’s API services, and you will be subject to the Google Privacy Policy, which can be found at YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
If you have granted us access to your social network account, you can revoke this access at any time by clicking the delete button next to the account in your app. For example, if you have authorized us to access your information through the YouTube API services, you can revoke our access to your data via the Google security settings page at Google Security Settings.
This app stores users' private information, such as names and email addresses, as well as users' uploaded graphics (images, videos, music files) and text-to-speech (TTS) data. Users can download their data by selecting the "Download Your Data" option
If users wish to stop the processing of their private data on this app, they can do so by clicking the "Stop Processing My Data" button. Please note that this action will disable their account, rendering the app unusable. To reactivate the account, users must contact our support team at support@dotasks.in.
If users wish to delete all their private data, they can do so by clicking the "Delete My Data" button. This action will permanently erase all data from our servers and is irreversible. Once deleted, users cannot use the app further, and this step cannot be undone by support. To use the app again, users will need to start from scratch.
Users have complete control over their data and can download, deactivate, or delete it through options available under the privacy settings or profile settings of the app.
